Esico / Lawter Pastillator and cooling belt

For the production of granules, warm drops of a often chemical material are dropped onto a continuous conveyor belt and cooled down from below, after which the granules are cooled and hardened.

The controlsystem consists of the control, monitoring and regulation of the pastillator, belt, cooling system and pumps.
